As a Sales Associate, you'll be the face of the company for walk-in and phone customers, supporting both commercial and public sector clients. Your goal is to grow sales, maintain relationships, and provide exceptional customer service.

Pay Rate: $20 to $22 per hour

Location: San Diego, CA (Kearny Mesa)

Schedule: Monday to Friday 8 AM to 5 PM

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive sales and distribution with new and existing accounts
• Provide product demonstrations and technical guidance
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and orders
• Maintain showroom cleanliness and inventory
• Prepare internet orders and manage CRM records
• Collaborate with team members on sales strategies

Qualifications:

• 3+ years in retail sales or territory management
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Experience with cash handling and CRM systems
• Bachelor's in Business or Marketing is a plus
